Return Policy
- We hope to provide a shopping experience which will meet your requirements and which will not require the return of merchandise.
However, we are certainly aware that from time to time a damaged product may
find its way into the stock, and, of course, we want to resolve these situations expeditiously and amicably.
- Following are the policies which apply to the return or the refund of our products:
Return or Refund Policy
- We select only quality products for sale, and we hope by that means to
reduce to a minimum the return of defective products.
- Only defects of manufacture can be returned. For various health-based reasons,
most of our products, with the exception of non-functioning vibrators, cannot be returned.
- The item cannot be returned without the original package and all accessories that were included with it.
- The item must be returned promptly and received by us within 30 days of
shipment.
- If the returned product would not be available for replacement, we will provide a similar product of equal value. Or a product of a higher value can be bought, credited with the value of the returned item.
- For refund requests, original shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
- All refunds will be paid out in the same form in which the payment was originally received.
- Having said all that, it is our sincere hope that our products will be of the quality and condition which will not require these actions.
